The modern design gestures are based on its purpose, its location and accommodation of its intended users. At 240-feet tall, the building mass is large, but modulated massing at the base creates scale which relates well to the neighborhood while accentuating the tower’s height.
About the Project
Located on Third Avenue between Vine and Cedar Streets, both designated green streets, Dimension provides generous pedestrian open-space and strengthen the pedestrian connection to Tilikum Place. Terraces are located on the 7th and 14th floor offering private patios for tenants as well as a small, intimate public space. The rooftop plaza is open on all sides to stunning views with a series of spaces including fire feature, BBQ, seating, wood and stone decking and flexible turf for pets.
