JOIN OUR TEAM

The Studio

HEWITT’s Architecture studio is dedicated to the lived, urban experience. We view urban conditions as a series of diverse, human experiences that are not self-contained but rather part of a larger, ever changing ecosystem. Working in cities makes us responsible to our work’s influence beyond a specific project scope. We have a focus on a building’s functionality from the perspective of people. During the design process we often ask ourselves “what would this do?”  rather than “what would this look like?”

To Apply

We’re always looking for talented people to join our team. If you are passionate about design, we invite you to send us your qualifications and work samples for consideration to employment@hewittseattle.com with the title of your preferred position in the subject line. We are primarily working remotely at present, while making plans to return to our office this summer. HEWITT is committed to fostering a culture of equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Project Manager

Project Manager 10+ years of experience in architectural practice

At HEWITT – Architecture, our downtown office doesn’t have a ping pong table. Or an on-site kombucha mixologist. Don’t get us wrong – those things are great, but they aren’t what motivates us to come to work. What DOES motivate us is the ability to push innovation in the urban fabric where people live, work and shop.

HEWITT is renowned for delivering solutions in the context of complex urban conditions, and our projects are anything but mundane. We function in a classic studio setting, our director of design will work alongside you in Revit every day, you’ll be encouraged to make good messes, and your work will have a meaningful impact on the city where you live.
