ABOUT the project

At the south end of Lake Washington, a forward-thinking technology office hub has been established where three towers alight within a Pacific Northwest garden setting. In collaboration with ZGF Architects, the garden is an immersive environment with studied relationships between interior and exterior.

Where the project touches grade a series of retail plaza are woven into circulation linking the office towers with the neighboring hotel. Ascending through vibrant landscape edged with occasional boulder perches, one arrives in the ‘Living Room’, a grand indoor/outdoor event space.

Upper level terraces provide unique perspectives looking out to the surrounding landscape. One terrace houses a pavilion in a woodland garden setting with a view framed to Lake Washington, while a second terrace provides glancing views to the hotel patio.
